Taking inspiration from and reappropriating the Italian Futurist Luigi Russolo's Intonarumori, Rumori seeks to surgically cut the essence of Futurism in half and the word Intonarumori literally in half.
We ain't keeping the scorn for the magical aura of the past, aesthetics of pure acceleration, the poetics of violence and the debasement of institutions and mankind.
However, we'll hold tight to the habit of energy and fearlessness, the poetics of courage and audacity, the enthusiastic fervor of the primordial elements and the romantic glee for the radically creative.
On top of that, we're throwing in a wild embrace of past & presence, a poetics of resonance & aura and a bent towards fluid ontologies and rheological aesthetics.
The new noise. That noice noise.
